AMAZI AGIZE 75-85% BY’IBIRO BYAKAREMANGINGO: AMAZI AKORA IKI MU MUBIRI?

Amazi agomba kunyombwa buri gihe, nubwo umubiri ushobora gukora ingano nto cyane, ntabwo ahagije kuba yakora imirimo  itanu (5) ihatse iyindi tugiye kureba:

Amazi iyo yihuje ni bindi bintu dusanga mu mubiri bikora amacandwe, amarira, acide yo mugifu,indudwe, amavangingo, amasohoro, ni bindi byinshi , bishobora gutuma aho amagufwa ahurira hahora ububobere bigatuma atangirika, abobereza urwungano ngongozi bigatuma ibiryo bigenda neza

Ikindi amacandwe akozwe n’amazi  afasha kubobereza mu muhogo ibiryo bikamanuka neza, bitatubabaza.

AMAZI AFASHA KURINGANIZA

Amazi adufasha kuringaniza ubushyuhe by’umubiri uti bigenda gute :Amazi afite ubushobozi bwo gufata ubushyuhe bwaje mu mubiri wenda uri gukora siporo cyangwa uri ahantu hashyushye, akubusohora   hanze mu bwoko bw’ibyuya.

AMAZI ATANGA ISHUSHO

Amazi afite uruhare runini mu gutanga ishusho runaka mu mubiri, amazi atanga ishusho y’akaremangingo nkuko afite 75%-85% by’ibiro byako, sibyo gusa kuko afasha no mugokora neza kw’ingingo zitandukanye cyane cyane impyiko.

Umubiri wacu utakaza hafi amagarama 30  ku munsi ya mazi biciye :

  • Mu gusohoka kw’ ibyuya
  • Kwihagarika
  • Kwituma
  • Guhumeka

UKENEYE AMAZI ANGANA GUTE

Sibyiza ko wumva ufite inyota imwe yigikatu ngo ubone kunywa, kuko amazi agomba kunyombwa buri gihe.

Uko ugira inyota cyane ukiyima amazi niko biganisha ku kugira umwuma ugakizwa no kunywa amazi ahagije, gusa nanone kunywa amazi menshi cyane nabyo sibyiza ahubwo ukurikije uko bisabwa niho byiza kurushaho ukanywa ibirahure umunani (8) ku munsi.

Ikindi umuntu akenera amazi bitewe ni mpamvu zitandukanye:

  • Uko ikirire kimeze gishyushye cyangwa gikonje
  • Ikigero cy’akazi uri gukora
  • Imyaka
  • Igitsina

GUSA HARI INKURU NZIZA

Ushobora kumva ubangamiwe no kunywa amazi y’urubogobogo hari inkuru Nziza ko byagaragaye ko ushobora kugarura amazi wabuze biciye mu kunywa amata, imitobe, icyayi cy’ikawa  cyangwa icyayi cyangwa mu biryo byoroshye uriye, umubiri ubasha gukuramo amazi ukeneye.

 

HARI NI NKURU MBI

Niba unyweye izo jus, amata , icyayi twibuke ko harimo isukali, amavuta, sodium, ni bindi ,ibyo byose bishobora ku kongerera ubushake bwo kurya cyane bigatuma wongera ibiro biganisha ku kurwara umubyibuho ukabije cyangwa indwara z’umutima.

  • Gusa twibuke ko birahure 8 by’ amazi y’urubogobogo nta sukali, ibinure cyangwa sodium agira.
  • Ibirahure 8 by’amata bifite 90 by’ingufu, ibinure, na sodium
  • Ibirahure 8 by’umutobe wa orange bifite 110 by’ingufu, vitamin c, potassium na folate ariko nta binure.
